Weekend Treat

This recipe is amazing! I make it quite often because it is good for you but you feel like you're being bad because it is seriously yummy. My favorite part is the consistency....just like soft serve ice cream!

What you'll need:
3-4 cups of frozen fruit
1 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup or less of sugar
2 tablespoons of citrus juice


 First things first take a night off of dishes (I did!) and make this instead. 
You have the whole weekend to catch up!

 The goods

 Put 3-4 cups of fruit in a food processor. I'm sure a blender would also work. Then chop the frozen fruit up slightly.

 I got a little excited and didn't take a picture of the yogurt and such. But put the yogurt, sugar, and citrus juice together and stir. If it's chunky, add some milk until its pourable.

Turn on the food processor or blender and slowly pour the yogurt mixture into the fruit until it is completely incorporated. Scoop it into bowls or cups and you will be saying, "oh my gosh this is sooo good!" Frozen yogurt cheers to the weekend!
